Christmas with the Ansells: Donvale (no, no, this is not a real review hahaha, I’m just a bit excited about my first proper xmas with an aussie family)

I was lucky enough to be invited to the awesome house of Ansell (haha that sounded weird). Anyways, good food and an all-round cool family, made me wish I was white, just so I can have real xmas every year.

I missed out on the turkey for lunch, but fortunately there were some left for dinner. The glazed ham were among the favorites as well. It is tender, juicy and the skin has that perfect roasted taste. Oh and I also had a taste of my first proper pavlova! Never knew it would be that sweet!

I was also introduced to the ‘crap chocolate’, yeah it is real chocolate, just shaped like uh, crap. Yep. Fun times. I love Christmas!
